Caption Kit is an online service, so there is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.

• Your plan is active as soon as your payment goes through, usually within minutes.
• Your captioned videos and files are made in your browser and download straight to your device.

If your plan isn't active within 24 hours of paying, email support@captionkit.in with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll sort it out or refund you.
